Returns Policy

If your item is damaged, please let us know on the day of delivery. We will then aim to swap the item within 2 workings days. No item will be replaced if they show signs of being used. No items are to be accepted for return if they are fit for purpose.

If for any reason we cannot swap your damaged item in 5 working days, we will then offer you a full refund for that item only. We will require the damaged item back before any refund is given.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company, it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.

Please note, that timber is a natural product and therefore is subject to splitting, cracking and warping, especially in extremes of weather. This is not a fault of the product, it's a feature of timber.

Cracks are only considered a fault and a structural issue if the go through 3/4 of the thickness of the timber
